Inflamax Spray Everyday Superhero Competition

PROMOTION SCHEDULE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is: Arrow Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, whose registered office is 15-17 Chapel Street, Cremorne, Victoria, 3121.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over except employees of Arrow Pharmaceuticals and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook – www.facebook.com/inflamaxfreedomtomove – and Inflamax Spray website – www.inflamax.com.au
6. Closing date for entry will be Friday, 31 May 2019. After this date  no further entries into the competition will be permitted.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Share your everyday superhero story on the Inflamax Facebook page for your chance to win 1 (one) of 3 (three) prizes. Participants can write their entries in the comment section of the competition post.
10. The prize is as follows: 1 (one) Apple iPhone XR 128GB valued at $1,299 – the winner can choose from 6 available colours and 2 (two) Apple AirPods each valued at $229. Total prize value is $1,757 (including GST) and is subject to change.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The promoter will judge the competition and decide on the winners, which will be chosen from all complete entries via Facebook. The best story will be rewarded with the first prize, the 2 (two) runners up will be awarded the runner up prizes.
14. Entries which content is considered inappropriate by the promoter will be disqualified, e.g. stories that promote unrealistic uses or effects of Inflamax Spray that cannot be substantiated will be not accepted as entries and will be removed.
15. The winners will be notified on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Arrow Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd and not to any other party. 21. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
22. Arrow Pharmaceuticals shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23. Arrow Pharmaceuticals also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
